About Me

I live in Northern California, a beautiful area with tons of horse people. I am 63 and proud I made it this far!! heehee I am retired from nursing after 34 years and a life time horse nut!! Grew up in Central California by Monterey with horses, and just about anywhere you wanted to ride. Had a Grandfather who trained horses and an uncle who was a really remarkable horse trainer. I have ridden from the time I can remember. I am single so do this by myself. Have wonderful friends. Just went through a really bad time and trying to get past it. I have some health issues but still try and stay healthy with having horses to keep me going.

EVERYTHING!!! Their beauty, brains, smell, movement, pride, playfullness, patience, and on and on!!

Favorite Discipline(s)

Riding, western is what I grew up with. I love watching english, park, hunter, halter is a favorite. I guess I love just about everything. Love the reining and working cow. Also love watching cutting. Did that as a youngster. Not now though!! I don't bounce like I used to!!! heehee

Good morning Miss Sandi. I sure do miss you. I have been so busy lately and trying to catch up from my knee surgery, but I'm getting there. I will try to do better about keeping in touch. How are you and the ponies? Do you still have my boy?
